This is the most important election of our lifetimes, and it is critical that every voice be heard.
To do that, there are three important steps that every one of us must take.
Californians who miss the deadline to register to vote or update their voter registration information can still do so on Election Day.
Voters can use the conditional voter registration process from the day after the deadline all the way through Election Day. Eligible citizens can go to their county election office, polling place, or vote center to register and vote conditionally.
For the first time ever in 2020, every registered voter in California was mailed a ballot. If you weren’t registered by October 19th cutoff to receive a mail ballot, you can still register and vote at an early vote center or at the polls on election day.
There are two ways to vote in this election.
Click on the name of your county below to find mail ballot drop box locations, early vote center locations, and election-day polling locations.
To make sure your vote is counted, please follow these simple steps.
If you voted by mail or drop box: Make sure you sign and seal your mail ballot envelope.
**IMPORTANT** Once you’ve voted:
THIS WILL BE A VERY CLOSE ELECTION
